It has the rigidity of metal bridge and resistance of bridge, good corrosion resistance, strong weathering resistance, beautiful appearance, convenient equipment and long service life.

在選擇電纜橋架時(shí)，請(qǐng)注意以下六個(gè)基本要素：

When selecting cable tray, please pay attention to the following six basic elements:

1)在選擇電纜橋架荷載等級(jí)時(shí)，橋梁的任務(wù)均勻荷載不應(yīng)大于所選電纜橋架荷載等級(jí)的附加均勻荷載。當(dāng)橋梁支座的實(shí)際跨度不等于2m時(shí)，應(yīng)滿足任務(wù)均勻荷載的要求。

1) When selecting the load level of cable tray, the task uniform load of bridge should not be greater than the additional uniform load of the selected load level of cable tray. When the actual span of bridge bearing is not equal to 2m, it should meet the requirements of uniform load.

2)在滿足相應(yīng)荷載的條件下，各種構(gòu)件和支座的規(guī)格標(biāo)度應(yīng)與塔板的直線截面和彎曲級(jí)數(shù)相匹配。

2) Under the condition of meeting the corresponding load, the specification scale of various components and supports should match the straight section and bending series of the tray.
             

3)電纜梯形、塔板寬度、塔板高度的選擇應(yīng)滿足填充率的要求。在一般情況下，電纜梯盤(pán)填充率為40%≤50%，控制電纜50%≤70%，施工10%≤25%。

3) The selection of cable trapezoid, tray width and tray height should meet the requirements of filling rate. In general, the filling rate of cable tray is 40% ≤ 50%, control cable 50% ≤ 70% and construction 10% ≤ 25%.

(4)在腐蝕環(huán)境中使用電纜橋架、線槽及其支架時(shí)，應(yīng)選擇剛性的耐腐蝕數(shù)據(jù)，或采取防腐處理，并滿足工程環(huán)境和耐久性的要求。

(4) When using cable tray, trunking and their supports in corrosive environment, rigid corrosion resistance data or anti-corrosion treatment shall be selected to meet the requirements of engineering environment and durability.

(5)在具有防火請(qǐng)求的截面上，電纜橋架可將耐火或耐火板、網(wǎng)等數(shù)據(jù)添加到索梯和塔板上，形成封閉或半封閉布置，并采用在橋面及吊架上涂裝防火的方法。其所有耐火功能均應(yīng)符合有關(guān)規(guī)范或規(guī)范.

(5) On the section with fire protection request, the data of fire-resistant or fire-resistant plate and net can be added to the cable ladder and tower plate to form a closed or semi closed layout, and the fire protection method can be applied on the bridge deck and hanger. All the fire resistance functions should conform to the relevant specifications

6)在工程防火要求較高的地方不應(yīng)選用電纜橋架鋁合金。
