本施工技術(shù)性在傳統(tǒng)式橋架連接工藝基礎(chǔ)上開展推進(jìn)與改進(jìn),運(yùn)用橋架兩邊擋雨板為軸,彎曲成所需視角后運(yùn)用螺釘固定不動,實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)場各種橋架彎曲連接規(guī)定,提升橋架連接施工品質(zhì)和施工高 效率。

(1)橋架連接彎頭設(shè)計(jì)

橋架連接角度確定與側(cè)面封板、底面封板固定

1)確定橋架連接角度,通過連接中 心螺栓為軸進(jìn)行角度調(diào)節(jié);

2)角度確定后采用橋架彎頭側(cè)面圓形封板連接外圓四個(gè)螺栓進(jìn)行固定;

3)安裝底邊連板時(shí),先要將底邊連板彎曲成與彎頭一致視角后,再用螺釘擰緊。

(4)電纜橋架彎頭連接,彎頭連接件在地面安裝進(jìn)行后就可以用以總體橋架安裝連接,側(cè)邊及底邊連板可提早開展大批量制做,橋架彎頭中間連接應(yīng)保證嚴(yán)密牢固。

(5)查驗(yàn)與工程驗(yàn)收,對橋架連接彎頭連接品質(zhì)開展查驗(yàn),保證連接位置嚴(yán)密、牢固,連接視角精 確且連接螺栓連接堅(jiān)固后才可進(jìn)到下一步施工工序。
