1、測(cè)量定位:

用彈線法標(biāo)識(shí)橋架的安裝位置,確定好支架的固定位置,做好標(biāo)記。豎井內(nèi)橋架定位應(yīng)先用懸鋼絲法確定安裝基準(zhǔn)線,如預(yù)留洞不合適,應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整,并做好修補(bǔ)。

我們依據(jù)施工圖設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高及橋架規(guī)格,進(jìn)行定位,然后依照測(cè)量尺寸制作支架,支架進(jìn)行工廠化生產(chǎn)。在無(wú)吊頂處沿梁底吊裝或靠墻支架安裝,在有吊頂處在吊頂內(nèi)吊裝或靠墻支架安裝。在無(wú)吊頂?shù)墓矆?chǎng)所結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件并考慮建筑美觀及檢修方便,采用靠墻、柱支架安裝或屋架下弦構(gòu)件上安裝。靠墻安裝支架固定采用膨脹螺栓固定,支架間距不超過(guò)2米。在直線段和非直線段連接處、過(guò)建筑物變形縫處和彎曲半徑大于300mm的非直線段中部應(yīng)增設(shè)支吊架,支吊架安裝應(yīng)保證橋架水平度或垂直度符合要求。

a.對(duì)于特殊形狀橋架,將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量的尺寸交于材料供應(yīng)商,由供應(yīng)商依據(jù)尺寸制作,減少現(xiàn)場(chǎng)加工。橋架材質(zhì)、型號(hào)、厚度以及附件滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。
a. For bridges with special shapes, the dimensions measured on site shall be handed over to the material supplier, who shall make them according to the dimensions to reduce on-site processing. The material, model, thickness and accessories of the bridge meet the design requirements.
b.橋架安裝前,必須與各協(xié)調(diào),避免與大口徑消防管、噴淋管、冷熱水管、排水管及空調(diào)、排風(fēng)設(shè)備發(fā)生矛盾。

c.將橋架舉升到預(yù)定位置,與支架采用螺栓固定,在轉(zhuǎn)彎處需仔細(xì)校核尺寸,橋架宜與建筑物坡度一致,在圓弧形建筑物墻壁的橋架,其圓弧宜與建筑物一致。橋架與橋架之間用連接板連接,連接螺栓采用半圓頭螺栓,半圓頭在橋架內(nèi)側(cè)。橋架之間縫隙須達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求,確保一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的橋架連成一體。

d.跨越建筑物變形縫的橋架應(yīng)按企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鋼制電纜橋架安裝工藝》做好伸縮縫處理,鋼制橋架直線段超過(guò)30m時(shí),應(yīng)設(shè)熱脹冷縮補(bǔ)償裝置。
d. The expansion joint of the bridge crossing the deformation joint of the building shall be treated according to the enterprise standard installation process of steel cable bridge. When the straight section of the steel bridge exceeds 30m, a thermal expansion and cold contraction compensation device shall be set.
e.橋架安裝橫平豎直、整齊美觀、距離一致、連接牢固,同一水平面內(nèi)水平度偏差不超過(guò)5mm/m,直度偏差不超過(guò)5mm/m。

4、接地處理

電纜橋架的接地處理鍍鋅橋架之間可利用鍍鋅連接板作為跨接線,把橋架連成一體。在連接板兩端的兩只連接螺栓上加鍍鋅彈簧墊圈,橋架之間用不小于4mm2軟銅線進(jìn)行跨接,再將橋架與接地線相連,形成電氣通路。橋架整體與接地干線應(yīng)有不少于兩處的連接。

先安裝上層,后安裝下層,上、下層之間距離要留有余量,有利于后期電纜敷設(shè)和檢修。水平相鄰橋架凈距不宜小于50mm,層間距離應(yīng)根據(jù)橋架寬度小不小于150mm,與弱電電纜橋架距離不小于0.5m。
