1、在工程設(shè)計(jì)中，電纜橋架的布置應(yīng)根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)公道性、技術(shù)可行性、運(yùn)行性等因素綜合比較，以確定方案，還要充分滿足施工安裝、維護(hù)檢驗(yàn)及電纜敷設(shè)的要求。

1. In engineering design, the layout of cable trays should be comprehensively compared based on factors such as economic fairness, technical feasibility, and operational safety to determine the optimal solution. It should also fully meet the requirements of construction installation, maintenance inspection, and cable laying.

2、濟(jì)南電纜橋架水平敷設(shè)時(shí)距地面的高度一般不低于于2.5m，垂直敷設(shè)時(shí)距地面1.8m以下部分應(yīng)加金屬蓋板保護(hù)，但敷設(shè)在電氣專用房間內(nèi)時(shí)除外。電纜橋架水平敷設(shè)在設(shè)備夾層或上人馬道且低于2.5m，應(yīng)采取保護(hù)接地措施。

2. When laying Jinan cable trays horizontally, the height from the ground is generally not less than 2.5m. When laying vertically, the part below 1.8m from the ground should be protected with a metal cover plate, except when laying in electrical rooms. If the cable tray is horizontally laid in the equipment interlayer or pedestrian walkway and is below 2.5m, protective grounding measures should be taken.

3、濟(jì)南電纜橋架、線槽及其支吊架使用在有腐蝕性環(huán)境中，應(yīng)采用耐腐蝕的剛性材料制造.或采取防腐蝕處理，防腐蝕處理方式應(yīng)滿足工程環(huán)境和耐久性的要求。對(duì)耐腐蝕性能要求較高或要求潔凈的場(chǎng)所，宜選用鋁合金電纜橋架。

3. Jinan cable trays, cable trays, and their supports and hangers should be made of corrosion-resistant rigid materials or undergo anti-corrosion treatment when used in corrosive environments. The anti-corrosion treatment method should meet the requirements of the engineering environment and durability. For places that require high corrosion resistance or cleanliness, aluminum alloy cable trays should be selected.

4、濟(jì)南電纜橋架在有防火要求的區(qū)段內(nèi)，可在電纜梯架，托盤內(nèi)添加具有耐火或難燃性能的板，網(wǎng)等材料構(gòu)成封閉或半封閉式結(jié)構(gòu)，并采取在橋架及其支吊架表面涂刷防火涂層等措施。其整體耐火性能應(yīng)滿足有關(guān)規(guī)范或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。在工程防火要求較高的場(chǎng)所.不宜采用鋁合金電纜橋架。

4. In sections with fire protection requirements, Jinan cable trays can be equipped with fire-resistant or flame-retardant materials such as plates and nets to form a closed or semi closed structure in cable ladders and trays. Measures such as applying fire resistant coatings on the surface of the cable tray and its supports and hangers should be taken. Its overall fire resistance performance should meet the requirements of relevant national specifications or standards. Aluminum alloy cable trays should not be used in places with high fire protection requirements in engineering.

5、需要屏蔽電磁干擾的電纜線路.或有防護(hù)外部影n向如戶外日照，油，腐蝕性液體、易燃粉塵等環(huán)境要求時(shí).應(yīng)選用無(wú)孔托盤式電纜橋架。

5. Cable lines that need to be shielded from electromagnetic interference, or when there are environmental requirements for external protection such as outdoor sunlight, oil, corrosive liquids, flammable dust, etc., non perforated tray type cable trays should be selected.

6、在輕易積聚粉塵的場(chǎng)所，電纜橋架應(yīng)選用蓋板;在公共通道或室外跨越道路段.底層橋架上宜加墊板或使用無(wú)孔托盤。

6. In places where dust easily accumulates, cable trays should use cover plates; In public passages or outdoor crossing road sections, it is advisable to add padding or use perforated trays on the bottom bridge.

7、不同電壓、不同用途的電纜不宜敷設(shè)在同一層電纜橋架內(nèi)。
