一、施工工藝流程1、梯架、托盤和槽盒全長不大于30m時，不應(yīng)少于2處與保護導(dǎo)體可靠連接；全長大于30m時，應(yīng)每隔20m~30m應(yīng)增加一個連接點，起始端和終點端均應(yīng)可靠接地。2、直線段鋼制電纜橋架長度超過30米、鋁合金或者玻璃鋼制電纜橋架長度超過15米設(shè)有伸縮節(jié)。3、橋架穿越墻體及樓板，應(yīng)用不燃材料封堵；穿越防火分區(qū)橋架內(nèi)必須做防火封堵。4、室外安裝橋架安裝高度不能低于積雪、積水高度，同時考慮選用防水型蓋板，進出室外橋架、線槽，室內(nèi)須高于室外，防止雨水流入室內(nèi)。5、電纜出入電纜溝、電氣豎井、建筑物，配電（控制）柜、臺、箱處以及管子管口處等部位應(yīng)采取防火或密封措施。二、項目特征①材質(zhì)、類型：鋼制槽式橋架；②規(guī)格及型號：200*100；③ 施工內(nèi)容：組對、焊接或螺栓固定、彎頭、三通或四通、蓋板、隔板、附件安裝等其它完成該項目全部內(nèi)容。

Fire prevention or sealing measures should be taken for cable entry and exit in cable trenches, electrical shafts, buildings, distribution (control) cabinets, platforms, boxes, and pipe openings. 2、 Project features ① Material and type: Steel trough bridge frame; ② Specification and model: 200 * 100; ③ Construction content: assembly, welding or bolt fixing, elbows, tees or tees, cover plates, partitions, accessory installation, and other completion of the entire project.
