電氣豎井內(nèi)所用的電纜橋架規(guī)格型號(hào)要符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。采用鍍鋅制品、鍍鋅鋼板的厚度在橋架寬度小于400mm時(shí)，厚度不小于15mm；在400~800mm之間時(shí)，厚度不小于2mm；大于800mm時(shí)，厚度不小于2.5mm。

The specifications and models of cable trays used in the electrical shaft shall meet the design requirements. The thickness of galvanized products and galvanized steel plates shall not be less than 15mm when the bridge width is less than 400mm; not less than 2mm when the bridge width is between 400 ~ 800mm; and not less than 2.5mm when the cable tray width is greater than 800mm.

防火堵料(防火枕)、防火涂料應(yīng)選用經(jīng)鑒定的定型產(chǎn)品。

電氣豎井中使用的輔助材料鉆頭、電焊條、氧氣、乙炔氣、調(diào)合漆、焊錫、焊劑、橡膠絕緣帶、塑料絕緣帶、黑膠布等。

Auxiliary materials used in the electrical shaft include drill bit, welding electrode, oxygen, acetylene gas, blending paint, solder, flux, rubber insulating tape, plastic insulating tape, black tape, etc.

金屬膨脹螺栓根據(jù)允許拉力和剪力及設(shè)備的安裝孔徑確定。

The metal expansion bolt shall be determined according to the allowable tension and shear force and the installation hole diameter of the equipment.

接線端子根據(jù)導(dǎo)線截面及導(dǎo)線根數(shù)選，用相應(yīng)規(guī)格的接線端子。

The wiring terminal shall be selected according to the wire section and the number of wires, and the wiring terminal of corresponding specification shall be used.

電纜橋架應(yīng)平直無(wú)明顯扭曲，支架應(yīng)焊接牢固無(wú)顯著變形；下料誤差應(yīng)在5mm范圍內(nèi)，切口應(yīng)無(wú)卷邊毛刺。

The cable tray shall be straight without obvious distortion, the support shall be welded firmly without significant deformation; the blanking error shall be within 5mm, and the notch shall be free of crimping burr.

電線、電纜及附件應(yīng)選用符合現(xiàn)行技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)品并應(yīng)有出廠合格證、“CCC認(rèn)證標(biāo)志和認(rèn)證證書(shū)復(fù)印件。電線、電纜橋架還應(yīng)有生產(chǎn)許可證，符合電纜橋架的規(guī)格選擇。

Wires, cables and accessories shall be products that meet the current national technical standards, and shall be provided with factory certificate, "CCC certification mark" and copies of certification certificate. Wires and cable trays shall also be provided with production license to meet the specification selection of cable tray.
