1）電纜橋架及線槽敷設(shè)走向應(yīng)短捷，并應(yīng)盡量沿墻、沿柱或沿梁敷設(shè)。

Cables for emergency lighting and other lighting;

電力、操控和電信電纜。若不同等級(jí)的電纜敷設(shè)在同一電纜橋架時(shí)，中心應(yīng)添加隔板阻隔。

Power, control and telecommunication cables. If cables of different grades are laid on the same cable tray, a partition shall be added in the center to block them.

5）在工程條件下裝置或檢修不需考慮附加會(huì)集荷載時(shí)，電纜梯架、托盤(pán)的作業(yè)均布荷載按電纜自重均勻分布核算。

5) When additional concentrated load is not required for installation or maintenance under engineering conditions, the operation uniform load of cable ladder and tray shall be calculated according to the uniform distribution of cable dead weight.

6）電纜橋架不宜與下列管道平行敷設(shè)，當(dāng)無(wú)法防止時(shí)，電纜橋架的方位應(yīng)契合下列規(guī)則，或采納相應(yīng)防護(hù)辦法。

6) The cable tray should not be laid in parallel with the following pipes. When it cannot be prevented, the orientation of the cable tray should conform to the following rules or adopt corresponding protective measures.

電纜橋架應(yīng)在具有腐蝕性液體管道上方。

The cable tray shall be above the pipeline with corrosive liquid.

電纜橋架應(yīng)在熱力管道下方。

The cable tray shall be under the heating pipe.

易燃易爆氣體比空氣重時(shí)，電纜橋架應(yīng)在管道上方。

When flammable and explosive gases are heavier than air, the cable tray shall be above the pipe.

易燃易爆氣體比空氣輕時(shí)，電纜橋架應(yīng)在管道下方。

When the flammable and explosive gas is lighter than air, the cable bridge shall be under the pipe.

7）電纜橋架與管道之間小間隔見(jiàn)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

8）歸納布線電纜與鄰近可能發(fā)生高電平電磁攪擾的電動(dòng)機(jī)、電力變壓器等電氣設(shè)備之間應(yīng)堅(jiān)持必要的距離。歸納布線電纜與電力電纜的距離應(yīng)契合GB/T50311-2000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)11.0.2條的規(guī)則。

8) Necessary distance shall be maintained between inductive wiring cables and electrical equipment such as motors, power transformers, etc. that may cause high level electromagnetic disturbance. The distance between inductive wiring cable and power cable shall conform to the rules of Article 11.0.2 of GB/T50311-2000 standard.

9）墻上敷設(shè)的歸納布線電纜、光纜及管線與其它管線的距離應(yīng)契合GB/T50311-2000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)11.0.2條的規(guī)則。

9) The distance between inductive cabling cables, optical cables and pipelines laid on the wall and other pipelines shall conform to the rules of Article 11.0.2 of GB/T50311-2000 standard.

10）電纜橋架水平敷設(shè)時(shí)，宜按荷載曲線選取佳跨距進(jìn)行支撐，跨距一般為1.5～3.0m。筆直敷設(shè)時(shí)，其固定距離不宜大于2m。

10) When the cable tray is laid horizontally, the best span should be selected according to the load curve for support, and the span is generally 1.5~3.0m. When laying straight, the fixed distance should not be more than 2m.
