1. Electricians and welders of fiberglass cable trays must hold operation certificates issued by professional exams.

2、焊工對(duì)進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的電焊機(jī)，在使用前應(yīng)嚴(yán)格檢查是否有漏電、短路、接觸不良等現(xiàn)象，否則不得投入使用，嚴(yán)禁帶病焊接。工作結(jié)束時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)切斷電源，將焊機(jī)蓋上防水材料。

2. Welders should strictly inspect the electric welding machine entering the site for any leakage, short circuit, poor contact, etc. before use, otherwise it cannot be put into use and welding with defects is strictly prohibited. At the end of the work, the power should be cut off in a timely manner and the welding machine should be covered with waterproof materials.

3、嚴(yán)格按照電纜橋架操作規(guī)程進(jìn)行施工，不可違章操作、無(wú)電工人使用電焊機(jī)。電焊工沒(méi)有操作證，不可以使用電焊機(jī)。

The construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the safe operation procedures for cable tray, and no operation against rules or use of electric welding machine without electrician is allowed. Welders are not allowed to use electric welding machines without operating certificates.

4、用電錘、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)照明燈具等玻璃鋼橋架的零件必須由電工負(fù)責(zé)接線，并試運(yùn)正常后方可使用。如場(chǎng)地潮濕，操作者必須穿絕緣鞋，帶絕緣手套，否則不準(zhǔn)使用。禁止用鋁絲，銅絲，鐵絲等代替熔斷器。

4. The components of fiberglass cable trays such as electric hammers and on-site lighting fixtures must be wired by electricians and tested for normal operation before use. If the site is damp, operators must wear insulated shoes and gloves, otherwise they are not allowed to use it. It is prohibited to replace fuses with aluminum wire, copper wire, iron wire, etc.

5、電工要嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行玻璃鋼橋架技術(shù)操作規(guī)程，不可違章操作。在土建工程和其它工程的交叉施工中應(yīng)做到“一慢、二看、三過(guò)”。對(duì)施工中發(fā)現(xiàn)的不因素應(yīng)及時(shí)與施工負(fù)責(zé)人聯(lián)系，待解決后方可施工，不得進(jìn)行危險(xiǎn)施工。

5. Electricians must strictly follow the safety technical operating procedures for fiberglass cable trays and must not operate in violation of regulations. In the cross construction of civil engineering and other projects, it is necessary to achieve "one slow, two look, and three passes". Any unsafe factors discovered during construction should be promptly contacted by the construction manager, and construction can only be carried out after they are resolved. Dangerous construction is not allowed.

6、進(jìn)入玻璃鋼橋架施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)必須戴好帽，按照規(guī)定著裝，不戴帽不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，不可以私自使用各種電動(dòng)機(jī)械、工具和其它設(shè)備。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理人員必須牢固樹立，預(yù)防為主的思想，在生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度和施工之間發(fā)生矛盾時(shí)，必須做到，工作人員不得違章指揮施工。

6. When entering the construction site of fiberglass cable trays, one must wear a safety helmet and dress according to regulations. Without wearing a safety helmet, one is not allowed to enter the construction site. Entering the construction site, it is not allowed to use various electric machinery, tools, and other equipment without permission. On site management personnel must firmly establish a safety mindset of putting safety first and prevention first. When there is a conflict between production progress and construction safety, safety must be achieved first, and staff must not command construction in violation of regulations.
