一整套電纜橋架的施工準(zhǔn)備要注意哪些?

技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備:
Technical preparation:
(1)按照已批準(zhǔn)的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)(施工方案)進(jìn)行技術(shù)、交底。
(1) Conduct technical and safety disclosure in accordance with the approved construction organization design (construction plan).
(2)施工執(zhí)行工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、圖集、規(guī)范齊全。

(3)電纜橋架敷設(shè)前,應(yīng)檢查橋架敷設(shè)有無(wú)與其他設(shè)備、管線(xiàn)交叉或重疊無(wú)法施工的地方,施工前應(yīng)與各工種、監(jiān)理或建設(shè)單位及設(shè)計(jì)單位協(xié)商好,并作好記錄,以保證施工順利進(jìn)行。
(3) Before laying the cable tray, check whether there is any place where the cable bridge laying crosses or overlaps with other equipment and pipelines and cannot be constructed. Before construction, negotiate with each type of work, the supervisor, the construction unit and the design unit, and make records to ensure the smooth construction.
(4)根據(jù)施工圖或施工所用電纜應(yīng)作好電纜牽引力的計(jì)算。

電纜橋架規(guī)格及型號(hào)必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,附件齊全;橋架與配件、附件和緊固件各種型鋼均應(yīng)采用鍍鋅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。

橋架訂貨或制作應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行,不應(yīng)有誤,應(yīng)反復(fù)校核以免造成浪費(fèi)。

橋架安裝選擇需屏蔽電氣干擾的電纜回路,有腐蝕的場(chǎng)所、易燃粉塵場(chǎng)所,應(yīng)選用無(wú)蓋無(wú)孔封閉型托盤(pán),當(dāng)需要因地制宜的場(chǎng)所,宜選用組裝式托盤(pán)或有孔托盤(pán)及梯架;在容易積灰和其它需遮蓋的環(huán)境或戶(hù)外場(chǎng)所,宜帶有蓋板。低壓電力電纜與控制電纜共用同一托盤(pán)或梯架時(shí),應(yīng)選用中間有隔板的托盤(pán)或梯架;在托盤(pán)、梯架分支、引上、引下處應(yīng)設(shè)適當(dāng)?shù)膹澩ǎ灰蚴芸臻g條件限制不便裝設(shè)彎通或有特殊要求時(shí),可選用軟連接板,鉸接板;伸縮縫應(yīng)設(shè)置伸縮板;連接兩段不同寬度或高度的托盤(pán)、梯架可配置變寬或變高板。但在施工中,支、吊架和橋架的選擇應(yīng)依設(shè)計(jì)或工程布置條件選擇。

However, in construction, the selection of supports, hangers, and cable trays should be based on design or engineering layout conditions.
托盤(pán)、梯架的寬和高度,應(yīng)按下列要求選擇:
The width and height of trays and ladders should be selected according to the following requirements:
(1)電纜在橋架內(nèi)的填充率,電力電纜不應(yīng)大于40%;控制電纜不應(yīng)大于50%。并應(yīng)留有一定的備用空位,以便今后為增添電纜用;
(1) The filling rate of cables in the bridge should not exceed 40% for power cables; The control cable should not exceed 50%. And a certain amount of spare space should be left for future use in adding cables;
(2)所選托盤(pán)、橋架規(guī)格的承載能力應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足規(guī)定。其工作均布荷載不應(yīng)大于所選托盤(pán)、梯架荷載等級(jí)的額定均布荷載;

托盤(pán)、梯架直線(xiàn)段,可按單件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)長(zhǎng)度選擇。單件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)長(zhǎng)度一般規(guī)定為2、3、4、6m。托盤(pán)、梯架的寬度與高度常用規(guī)格尺寸系列如表2.4-1。

各類(lèi)彎通及附件規(guī)格,應(yīng)適合工程布置條件,并與托盤(pán)、梯架配套。

鋼制橋架的表面處理方式,應(yīng)按工程環(huán)境條件、重要性、耐久性和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性等因素進(jìn)行選擇。一般情況宜按表2.4-2選擇適用工程環(huán)境條件的防腐處理方式。當(dāng)采用表中“T”類(lèi)防腐方式為鍍鋅鎳合金、高純化等其它防腐處理的橋架,應(yīng)按規(guī)定試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,并應(yīng)具有明確的技術(shù)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)及檢測(cè)方式。
