1.分類槽式橋架:全封閉結構,適用于計算機電纜、通信電纜等敏感線路。具備抗電磁干擾與耐腐蝕特性,尤其適用于屏蔽干擾控制電纜及重腐蝕環境中的電纜防護。梯式橋架:它外型獨特像梯子形狀,梯型橫桿加固設計,承載力強且透氣性好。常用于大直徑動力電纜敷設。托盤式橋架:它跟槽式橋架的樣子非常相似,但是半密封結構,兼具輕量化與高載荷特點。適用于動力與控制電纜混合敷設場景。
1. Classification trough bridge: fully enclosed structure, suitable for sensitive circuits such as computer cables and communication cables. It has anti electromagnetic interference and corrosion resistance characteristics, especially suitable for shielding interference control cables and cable protection in heavily corrosive environments. 2.橋架系統構成電纜橋架系統,由支/吊/托架支撐的托盤(槽)或梯架直線段、彎通段組合而成,需保證電纜敷設的連續性與剛性結構。典型結構節點圖如下:二、電纜橋架型式選擇屏蔽與防腐要求:需屏蔽電氣干擾或防護外部腐蝕液體、易燃粉塵時,應選用(FB)類槽式復合型防腐屏蔽電纜橋架(帶蓋)。強腐蝕性環境,應采用(F)類復合環氧樹脂防腐阻燃型橋架,托臂、支架需同材質以延長使用壽命。

用場景選擇:普通環境可選用托盤式、槽式、梯級式、玻璃防腐阻燃或鋼質普通型橋架。易積灰或戶外場所應加蓋板。特殊場景要求:公共通道或戶外跨越道路段:底層梯級底部需加墊板或使用托盤;大跨距(>3m)應選用復合型橋架(FB)。戶外場景應選用復合環氧樹脂橋架(F)。尺寸與填充率:橋架寬度和高度需符合電纜填充率要求,如動力電纜≤40-50%,控制電纜≤50-70%,并預留10-25%擴容余量。三、橋架常用規格及板材處理1.單件標準長度托盤、梯架直線段單件標準長度一般為2、3、4、6m,常用規格尺寸見表如下:鋼制托盤、梯架常用規格表

鋼制橋架的表面處理方式,按工程環境條件、耐久性及經濟性選擇。當采用防腐方式為鍍鋅鎳合金、高純化等其它防腐處理的橋架,應按規定試驗驗證,并應具有明確的技術質量指標及檢測方式。
The surface treatment method for steel cable trays should be selected according to the engineering environmental conditions, durability, and economy. When using anti-corrosion methods such as galvanized nickel alloy, high-purity and other anti-corrosion treatments for bridge frames, they should be tested and verified according to regulations, and should have clear technical quality indicators and testing methods.
四、接地與安裝要求1.接地要求金屬橋架全長至少需設置2處接地(PE/PEN干線)。非鍍鋅橋架:連接板兩端跨接≥4mm?銅芯接地線。鍍鋅橋架:連接板需使用防松螺栓固定(每端≥2個)。2.托盤與梯架寬高選擇原則電纜填充率:電力電纜≤40%,控制電纜≤50%。承載能力:工作均布荷載不應超過所選橋架荷載等級的額定值。結構穩定性:工作荷載下相對撓度不宜大于1/200。
4、 Grounding and installation requirements: 1. Grounding requirements: At least 2 grounding points (PE/PEN main line) must be set up along the entire length of the metal bridge. Non galvanized cable tray: The two ends of the connecting plate are bridged with a copper core grounding wire of ≥ 4mm. Galvanized cable tray: The connecting plate needs to be fixed with anti loosening bolts (≥ 2 at each end). 2. The principle for selecting the width and height of trays and ladders is cable filling rate: power cables ≤ 40%, control cables ≤ 50%. Bearing capacity: The uniformly distributed load should not exceed the rated value of the selected bridge load level. Structural stability: The relative deflection under working load should not exceed 1/200.
