　　1. Design and Planning: Draw a comprehensive pipeline BIM diagram, optimize pipeline layout, and determine the installation position and elevation of cable trays. Select the appropriate cable tray type, material, and size based on the number, specifications, and routing environment of the cables.

　　2、安裝位置與間距：電纜橋架應盡可能在建筑物（如墻、柱、梁、樓板等）上安裝，與土建密切配合。電纜橋架與各種管道平行架設時，凈間隔不小于500mm；交織時，凈間隔不小于300mm。電纜橋架與空調管道平行或交叉時，間隔不小于300mm，并可能需采取隔熱防腐措施。敷設10kV及以上電纜的電纜橋架多層安裝時，層間距一般不小于300mm。電纜橋架到樓板、梁或其他障礙物的底部間隔不小于300mm。兩組電纜橋在同一橫梁上安裝時，凈間隔不小于50mm。

　　2. Installation position and spacing: Cable trays should be installed on buildings (such as walls, columns, beams, floors, etc.) as much as possible, in close coordination with the civil engineering profession. When cable trays are installed parallel to various pipelines, the clear spacing should not be less than 500mm; when interwoven, the clear spacing should not be less than 300mm. When cable trays are installed parallel or intersecting with air conditioning pipelines, the spacing should not be less than 300mm, and insulation and anti-corrosion measures may need to be taken. When installing multiple layers of cable trays for laying 10kV and above cables, the interlayer spacing is generally not less than 300mm. The distance between cable trays and the bottom of floors, beams, or other obstacles is not less than 300mm. When two sets of cable bridges are installed on the same crossbeam, the net spacing is not less than 50mm.

　　3、安裝牢固與支撐：電纜橋架應有足夠的剛度及強度，對電纜提供可靠的支撐。支架安裝應牢固可靠，連接緊固無遺漏。水平安裝的支架間距一般為1.5~3m；垂直安裝的支架間距不大于2m。吊桿直徑不應小于8mm，且需在過梁處設置固定支架。電纜橋架轉彎處兩邊各設一組吊架，且兩組吊架對稱布置，間距不大于1.5米；否則轉彎中間位置需增設一組吊架。

　　3. Installation firmness and support: Cable trays should have sufficient rigidity and strength to provide reliable support for cables. The bracket installation should be firm and reliable, with no missing connections. The spacing between horizontally installed brackets is generally 1.5-3m; the spacing between vertically installed brackets is not more than 2m. The diameter of the suspension rod should not be less than 8mm, and fixed brackets should be installed at the beam crossing point. A set of hangers shall be installed on both sides of the cable tray turning point, and the two sets of hangers shall be symmetrically arranged with a spacing of no more than 1.5 meters; Otherwise, a set of hangers needs to be added in the middle of the turn.

　　4、接地與連接：金屬電纜橋架及其支架全長應不少于2處與接地干線相連接；電纜橋架首位兩端需與配電柜外殼或地線排可靠連接。非鍍鋅電纜橋架間連接板的兩端跨接銅芯接地線，跨接地線小允許截面積不小于4mm?；鍍鋅電纜橋架間連接板兩端不跨接接地線，但連接板兩端應有不少于2個有防松螺帽或防松墊圈的連接固定螺栓。

　　4. Grounding and connection: The metal cable tray and its support should be connected to the grounding main line at no less than 2 points along its entire length; The first two ends of the cable tray should be reliably connected to the outer shell of the distribution cabinet or the grounding wire. The two ends of the connecting plate between non galvanized cable trays shall be bridged with copper core grounding wires, and the minimum allowable cross-sectional area of the bridging grounding wire shall not be less than 4mm?; The connection plate between galvanized cable trays shall not have a grounding wire across both ends, but there shall be no less than 2 connection fixing bolts with anti loosening nuts or anti loosening washers at both ends of the connection plate.

　　5、防火與封堵：電纜橋架穿越墻體、樓板及防火分區(qū)時，需做好防火封堵處理，確保電纜橋架在火災時具有一定的耐火時間。封堵材料應選用不燃或難燃材料，確保封堵效果。
