I have found that 80% of the bridge failures in the later stage are due to non-standard installation details, especially in the construction of roof bridges. A small mistake can cause problems such as roof leakage, cable damage, and bridge corrosion, resulting in extremely high maintenance costs in the later stage. The humid coastal areas of Shandong and the large temperature differences throughout the four seasons in the inland make the installation requirements for photovoltaic cable trays more stringent. 屋面橋架安裝容易被忽略,也是致命的坑,就是**屋面間距不達標**。很多施工隊為了省事,將橋架直接緊貼屋面鋪設(shè),完全違背施工規(guī)范,這也是山東光伏屋面漏水的首要原因。按照行業(yè)強制標準,光伏橋架底部距離屋面必須**≥5cm**,不能緊貼屋面安裝。這個5cm的間距,既能保障屋面雨水正常流通,不堵塞排水通道,又能避免橋架長期擠壓屋面防水層,防止防水唇破損、開裂,從根源杜絕漏水隱患。一旦省略這個間距,雨季雨水淤積,加上橋架重壓,屋面防水極易破損,后期維修不僅要拆橋架、修防水,還可能損壞下方光伏設(shè)備,得不償失。
The most easily overlooked and fatal flaw in the installation of roof cable trays is the inadequate spacing between roofs. Many construction teams, in order to save time, directly lay cable trays close to the roof, completely violating construction standards. This is also the primary reason for water leakage in Shandong photovoltaic roofs. According to industry mandatory standards, the distance between the bottom of the photovoltaic bridge and the roof must be ≥ 5cm, and it must never be installed tightly against the roof. This 5cm spacing ensures the normal flow of rainwater on the roof, does not block drainage channels, and avoids long-term compression of the roof waterproof layer by the bridge, preventing damage and cracking of the waterproof lip and eliminating potential water leakage hazards from the root. Once this spacing is omitted, rainwater accumulation during the rainy season, coupled with the heavy pressure of the bridge frame, can easily damage the roof waterproofing. Later maintenance not only requires dismantling the bridge frame and repairing the waterproofing, but may also damage the photovoltaic equipment below, which is not worth the loss.

Outdoor photovoltaic bridge frames must be made of hot-dip galvanized (hot-dip galvanized) or aluminum alloy materials, and the use of baked paint or ordinary cold-rolled sheet materials is strictly prohibited. Hot dip galvanized bridge with a zinc layer thickness of ≥ 85 μ m, resistant to salt spray and corrosion, suitable for coastal and humid environments; The aluminum alloy bridge adopts 6063-T5 grade, which is lightweight, has no eddy current loss, and is suitable for roof distributed photovoltaics. At the same time, the minimum plate thickness should be matched according to the width: bridge width<200mm, plate thickness ≥ 1.2mm; width 200-400mm, plate thickness ≥ 1.5mm; width>400mm, plate thickness ≥ 2.0mm, to ensure that the load-bearing capacity meets the standard and avoid long-term deformation and falling.
安裝施工工藝,直接影響電纜壽命與橋架穩(wěn)定性。安裝時必須做到橫平豎直,水平度偏差≤2mm/m,垂直度偏差≤1mm/m,接口處采用專用連接件緊固,杜絕縫隙、松動。轉(zhuǎn)彎處嚴禁直角切割,必須做**圓弧過渡處理**,圓弧半徑≥電纜外徑的10倍,防止直角邊緣劃傷電纜絕緣層,避免線路短路、漏電風(fēng)險。線纜排布同樣要嚴守之前的30%紅線,不超量布線,保證散熱空間,雙重保障電纜。
The installation and construction process directly affects the service life of cables and the stability of cable trays. During installation, it is necessary to ensure horizontal and vertical alignment, with a horizontal deviation of ≤ 2mm/m and a vertical deviation of ≤ 1mm/m. Special connectors should be used to fasten the interface to prevent gaps and looseness. It is strictly prohibited to cut at right angles at turning points. Arc transition treatment must be carried out with a radius of no less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable to prevent scratches on the insulation layer of the cable at the edge of the right angle, and to avoid the risk of short circuit and leakage in the circuit. The cable layout should also strictly adhere to the previous 30% plot ratio red line, avoid excessive wiring, ensure heat dissipation space, and double guarantee cable safety.
接地與防腐,是山東光伏橋架易踩的兩大隱性坑。橋架必須做**可靠跨接接地**,每段橋架之間用接地線連接,形成完整接地通路,防止靜電積累引發(fā)事故,接地電阻需≤4Ω,符合光伏電氣規(guī)范。沿海及潮濕區(qū)域,防腐要升級處理,橋架拼接處、切割斷面要及時補刷防腐鋅漆,運維階段每半年巡檢一次,發(fā)現(xiàn)銹點立即處理,避免銹蝕蔓延。

Bridge joints and cutting sections should be promptly repainted with anti-corrosion zinc paint. During the operation and maintenance phase, inspections should be conducted every six months, and rust spots should be dealt with immediately to avoid the spread of rust.
