橋架變形的修補,現(xiàn)常用的有兩種方法,預(yù)應(yīng)力法和火焰糾正法:
There are two methods commonly used to repair the bridge deformation, prestress method and flame correction method
1 、預(yù)應(yīng)力法。在主梁下面設(shè)備一套張拉設(shè)備,運用拉筋的拉力使主梁發(fā)生上拱。這樣在主梁下蓋板發(fā)生壓應(yīng)力,上蓋板發(fā)生拉應(yīng)力,這種應(yīng)力與外載荷構(gòu)成的應(yīng)力相反,抵消了部分的作業(yè)應(yīng)力,主梁的受力狀況有所改善。所以預(yù)應(yīng)力法有強化主梁和糾正下?lián)系囊鈭D。這種方法簡略易行,上拱量簡略控制。其缺陷是有局限性,對較凌亂的橋架變形不易糾正。
1. Prestressing method. A set of tensioning equipment is installed under the main beam to make the main beam arch up by using the tensile force of the tie bar. In this way, compressive stress occurs in the lower cover plate of the main beam and tensile stress occurs in the upper cover plate, which is opposite to the stress formed by the external load, offsetting part of the working stress, and improving the stress condition of the main beam. Therefore, the prestressing method has the intention of strengthening the main beam and correcting the deflection. This method is simple and easy to operate, and the amount of camber is simply controlled. Its defect is that it has limitation and is not easy to correct the disordered bridge deformation.

2 、火焰糾正法。火焰糾正法就是對橋架某些部位進行加熱,受熱部位脹大,但其遭到鄰近未加熱部位的捆綁,不能清閑脹大,因而,加熱部位就被緊縮。冷卻后,又發(fā)生縮短。加熱部位在冷卻過程中,拉動周圍金屬互相靠近,發(fā)生縮短力,相當(dāng)于在主梁中性層下面作用一個偏疼力矩,使主梁康復(fù)上拱,抵達(dá)糾正結(jié)構(gòu)變形的意圖。火焰糾正法的靈活性強,能夠糾正橋架結(jié)構(gòu)的各種凌亂變形。
2. Flame correction method. The flame correction method is to heat some parts of the bridge. The heated parts swell, but they are bound by the adjacent unheated parts, so they can't swell freely. Therefore, the heated parts are compressed. After cooling, it shortens again. During the cooling process, the heating parts pull the surrounding metal close to each other, resulting in shortening force, which is equivalent to a painful moment acting under the neutral layer of the main beam, so that the main beam can recover and arch up, reaching the intention of correcting the structural deformation. The flame correction method is flexible and can correct all kinds of disordered deformation of bridge structure.
