橋架焊縫表面均勻，不得有漏焊、裂紋、夾渣、燒穿、弧坑等缺陷。各類彎通及附件規(guī)格，應(yīng)適合工程布置條件，并與托盤、梯架配套；支吊架規(guī)格選擇，應(yīng)按托盤、梯架規(guī)格配置，并應(yīng)滿足荷載的要求。根據(jù)施工圖確定始端到終端位置，沿圖紙標(biāo)定走向，找好水平、垂直、彎通，用粉線袋或畫線沿橋架走向在墻壁、頂棚、地面、梁、板、柱等處彈線或畫線，并均勻檔距畫出支、吊、托架位置。

1.空氣絕緣橋架支吊架安裝支架與吊架所用鋼材應(yīng)平直，無顯著扭曲。下料后長短偏差應(yīng)在3mm范圍內(nèi)，切口處應(yīng)無卷邊、毛刺。

2.空氣絕緣橋架鋼支架與吊架應(yīng)焊接牢固，無顯著變形，焊接前厚度超過4mm的支架、鐵件應(yīng)打坡口，焊縫均勻平整，焊縫長度應(yīng)符合要求，不得出現(xiàn)裂紋、咬邊、氣孔凹陷、漏焊等缺陷。

Before welding, the support and iron parts with a thickness of more than 4mm shall be beveled, the weld shall be uniform and flat, the weld length shall meet the requirements, and there shall be no defects such as crack, undercut, air hole depression and missing welding.

3.空氣絕緣橋架根據(jù)支架承受的荷重，選擇相應(yīng)的膨脹螺栓及鉆頭；所選鉆頭長度應(yīng)大于膨脹套管的長度，打孔的深度應(yīng)以將套管全部埋入墻內(nèi)或頂板內(nèi)后為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，表面平齊為宜。應(yīng)先干凈打好的孔洞內(nèi)的碎屑，然后再用木錘將膨脹螺栓敲進(jìn)洞內(nèi)，應(yīng)保證套管與建筑物表面平齊，螺栓端部外露，敲擊時(shí)不得損傷螺栓的絲扣。埋好螺栓后，用螺母配上相應(yīng)的墊圈將支架或吊架直接固定在金屬膨脹螺栓上。

3. The air insulated bridge shall select the corresponding expansion bolt and drill bit according to the load borne by the support; The length of the selected drill bit shall be greater than the length of the expansion casing. The drilling depth shall be based on the standard after all the casing is embedded in the wall or roof, and the surface shall be flush. The debris in the drilled hole shall be removed first, and then the expansion bolt shall be knocked into the hole with a wooden hammer. It shall be ensured that the casing is flush with the building surface, the bolt end is exposed, and the screw thread of the bolt shall not be damaged during knocking. After embedding the bolts, fix the supports or hangers directly on the metal expansion bolts with nuts and corresponding washers.
