處理方法：

Treatment method:

（1）在綠燈亮的情況下,再合一次閘,如果合上,說明是轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)沒合到位,屬于操作不當。

(1) When the green light is on, close the switch again. If it is closed, it means that the change-over switch is not closed in place, which belongs to improper operation.

（2）如果綠燈亮,接觸器動作,應(yīng)該檢查合閘電源是否正常,如電源開關(guān)沒投、合閘熔斷器熔斷等原因并處理。檢查熔斷器是否熔斷的方法有兩種:一種為帶電檢查,一種為取下后用歐姆檔檢查。

(2) If the green light is on and the contactor acts, check whether the closing power supply is normal, such as the failure of the power switch and the fusing of the closing fuse, and deal with it. There are two methods to check whether the fuse is fused: one is live inspection, and the other is to check with Ohm gear after removal.

（3）如果綠燈不亮,那么檢查控制熔斷器和小開關(guān)是否熔斷或者跳閘。若果發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,應(yīng)及時更換。

(3) If the green light is not on, first check whether the control fuse and small switch are fused or tripped. If any problem is found, it should be replaced in time.

（4）輔助觸點接觸不良,綠燈不亮,打開機構(gòu)蓋,檢查合閘回路輔助觸點,調(diào)整小拉桿到合格位置。什么位置算合格?

(4) The auxiliary contact is poor and the green light is not on. Open the mechanism cover, check the auxiliary contact of the closing circuit, and adjust the small pull rod to the qualified position. What position is qualified?

（5）合閘接觸器線圈斷線,或者接點卡勁。更換接觸器或者拆下檢修。

（6）轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)接觸不良,用短路線將5-8接點短路后能合閘,說明接點接觸不良,拆檢修或者更換。

(6) If the change-over switch has poor contact, it can be closed after short circuiting the 5-8 contact with a short circuit, which indicates that the contact has poor contact, and it should be removed for maintenance or replacement.

（7）打開機構(gòu)蓋，用手動合閘檢查合閘頂桿是否能過托架2mm，如果不能說明合閘鐵芯行程不夠，應(yīng)調(diào)整鐵芯頂桿長度。

(7) Open the mechanism cover and check whether the closing ejector rod can pass the bracket by 2mm with manual closing. If it cannot be explained that the stroke of the closing iron core is not enough, the length of the iron core ejector rod should be adjusted.

（8）打開機構(gòu)蓋,檢查機構(gòu)在上一次分閘后是否回位。如果沒有，應(yīng)手動方法將其歸位，再合閘。

(8) Open the mechanism cover and check whether the mechanism returns after the last opening. If not, it should be manually reset and reclosed.
