處理方法：

（1）在綠燈亮的情況下,再合一次閘,如果合上,說明是轉換開關沒合到位,屬于操作不當。

（2）如果綠燈亮,接觸器動作,應該檢查合閘電源是否正常,如電源開關沒投、合閘熔斷器熔斷等原因并處理。檢查熔斷器是否熔斷的方法有兩種:一種為帶電檢查,一種為取下后用歐姆檔檢查。

（6）轉換開關接觸不良,用短路線將5-8接點短路后能合閘,說明接點接觸不良,拆檢修或者更換。

（7）打開機構蓋，用手動合閘檢查合閘頂桿是否能過托架2mm，如果不能說明合閘鐵芯行程不夠，應調整鐵芯頂桿長度。

（8）打開機構蓋,檢查機構在上一次分閘后是否回位。如果沒有，應手動方法將其歸位，再合閘。
