(1)配電柜為船舶配電八產(chǎn)和設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),任何無(wú)關(guān)人員不得扳動(dòng)板上的開(kāi)關(guān)。

(2)發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)后,應(yīng)利用動(dòng)力屏升速開(kāi)關(guān)手動(dòng)緩慢加速,直到發(fā)電機(jī)進(jìn)入正常工作狀態(tài),電壓與頻率達(dá)到規(guī)定值,方可合閘送電。

(3)配電板進(jìn)入配電狀態(tài)后,不得隨意拔動(dòng)動(dòng)力屏升速開(kāi)關(guān),空氣斷路器的閉鎖開(kāi)關(guān)非緊急情況不得使用。

(4)發(fā)電機(jī)并聯(lián)運(yùn)行要嚴(yán)格按照并車(chē)條件要求與規(guī)定進(jìn)行操作,要注意出現(xiàn)逆功率(逆流)和并車(chē)失敗等現(xiàn)象。
(4) The parallel operation of generator shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements and regulations of paralleling conditions, and attention shall be paid to reverse power (reverse current) and paralleling failure.
(5)停機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)先切斷發(fā)電機(jī)負(fù)荷,然后空載停車(chē),不得帶負(fù)荷直接停機(jī)。
(5) During shutdown, the load of the generator should be cut off first, and then stop without load. Direct shutdown with load is not allowed.
(6)交插岸電時(shí),應(yīng)先切斷岸電屏各動(dòng)力開(kāi)關(guān),然后檢查接線(xiàn)與相序的正確性,確認(rèn)正確后,方可實(shí)施船岸電的轉(zhuǎn)換,嚴(yán)禁帶負(fù)荷操作。

(8)發(fā)電機(jī)工作,輪機(jī)人員進(jìn)行配電板操作時(shí),應(yīng)集中思想,謹(jǐn)慎操作,防止意外事故發(fā)生,否則將追究個(gè)人事故責(zé)任。

(9)充放電板為船舶應(yīng)急配電板,當(dāng)班輪機(jī)人員應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查其工作狀況,隨時(shí)保證低壓電力充足,并通過(guò)板上儀表掌握磁飽和穩(wěn)壓器的工作狀況。
(9) The charging and discharging board is the ship's emergency distribution board. (10)正常航行時(shí),配電板上各路開(kāi)關(guān)應(yīng)處于接通,以保證發(fā)電機(jī)能隨時(shí)啟動(dòng)及應(yīng)照時(shí)能隨時(shí)投入使用。
