1、確定方向：根據(jù)建筑平面布置圖，結(jié)合空調(diào)管線和電氣管線等設(shè)置情況、方便維修，以及電纜路由的疏密來(lái)確定電纜橋架的路線。在室內(nèi)，盡可能沿建筑物的墻、柱、梁及樓板架設(shè)，如需利用綜合管廊架設(shè)時(shí)，則應(yīng)在管道一側(cè)或上方平行架設(shè)，并考慮引下線和分支線盡量避免交叉，如無(wú)其它管架借用，則需自設(shè)立(支)柱。

1. Determine direction: Based on the building layout plan, combined with the installation of air conditioning and electrical pipelines, convenient maintenance, and the density of cable routing, determine the route of the cable tray. Indoor, it is best to install along the walls, columns, beams, and floors of the building. If it is necessary to use a comprehensive pipe gallery for installation, it should be installed parallel on one side or above the pipeline, and the down lead and branch lines should be avoided from crossing as much as possible. If there are no other pipe racks to borrow, it is necessary to set up (support) columns by oneself.

荷載計(jì)算：要計(jì)算電纜橋架主干線縱斷面上單位長(zhǎng)度的電纜重量。

3、確定橋架的寬度：根據(jù)布放電纜條數(shù)、電纜直徑及電纜的間距來(lái)確定電纜橋架的型號(hào)、規(guī)格、托臂的長(zhǎng)度。還要確定支柱的長(zhǎng)度、間距、橋架的寬度和層數(shù)。

3. Determine the width of the cable tray: Determine the model, specification, and arm length of the cable tray based on the number of laid cables, cable diameter, and cable spacing. Also determine the length, spacing, width, and number of layers of the support columns.

4、確定安裝方式：根據(jù)場(chǎng)所的設(shè)置條件確定橋架的固定方式，選擇懸吊式、直立式、側(cè)壁式或是混合式，連接件和緊固件一般是配套供應(yīng)的。

4. Determine the installation method: Determine the fixing method of the bridge according to the setting conditions of the site, and choose the suspension type, vertical type, side wall type, or mixed type. The connectors and fasteners are generally supplied as a complete set.

5、如與電力電纜橋架合用時(shí)，應(yīng)將電力電纜和弱電電纜各直一側(cè)，中間采用隔板分隔。

5. When used in conjunction with power cable trays, the power cable and weak current cable should be separated by a partition on each side.

6、弱電電纜與其它低電壓電纜合用橋架時(shí)，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行選擇具有外屏蔽層的弱電系統(tǒng)的弱電電纜，避免相互間的干擾。

6. When using a bridge with weak current cables and other low-voltage cables, strict selection of weak current cables with external shielding layers should be carried out to avoid mutual interference.

7、橋架支撐點(diǎn),如立柱、托臂或非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)支、構(gòu)架的間距、安裝方式、型號(hào)規(guī)格、標(biāo)高，可同意在平面上列表說(shuō)明，也可分段標(biāo)出用不同的剖面圖、單線圖或大樣圖表示。

7. The spacing, installation method, model specifications, and elevation of bridge support points, such as columns, brackets, or non-standard supports and frameworks, can be agreed to be listed on the plan, or marked in sections using different cross-sectional, single line, or detailed drawings.

8、電纜引下點(diǎn)位置及引下方式，一般而言，大批電纜引下可用垂直彎接板和垂直引上架，少量電纜引下可用導(dǎo)板或引管注明引下方式即可。

8. Generally speaking, for a large number of cables to be led down, a vertical bending plate and vertical lead up frame can be used, while for a small number of cables to be led down, a guide plate or pipe can be used to indicate the lead down method.

9、電纜橋架宜高出地面2.2米以上，橋架頂部距頂棚或其它障礙物不應(yīng)小于0.3米，橋架寬度不宜小于0.1米，橋架內(nèi)橫斷面的填充率不應(yīng)超過(guò)百分之五十。

9. The cable tray should be 2.2 meters above the ground, and the distance from the top of the tray to the ceiling or other obstacles should not be less than 0.3 meters. The width of the tray should not be less than 0.1 meters, and the filling rate of the cross-section inside the tray should not exceed 50%.
