熱浸鋅橋架即熱浸鍍鋅橋架,作為一種有效的金屬防腐方式,已被廣泛用于各行業(yè)的金屬結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)施上。熱浸鋅是將除銹后的鋼構(gòu)件浸入800℃左右高溫融化的鋅液中,使鋼構(gòu)件表面附著鋅層,鋅層厚度對(duì)5mm以下薄板不得小于65μm,對(duì)厚板不小于86μm。從而起到防腐蝕的目的。
Hot dip galvanized cable tray, also known as hot-dip galvanized cable tray, is an effective metal anti-corrosion method and has been widely used in metal structural facilities in various industries. Hot dip galvanizing is the process of immersing derusted steel components in a molten zinc solution that melts at a high temperature of around 800 ℃, causing a zinc layer to adhere to the surface of the steel components. 1.整個(gè)熱浸鋅橋架表面均受到保護(hù),無(wú)論在凹陷處管件內(nèi)部,或任何其它涂層很難進(jìn)入的角落,溶化鋅均很容易均勻的覆蓋上。

2.熱浸鋅橋架的鍍鋅層硬度值比鋼材還大。其抗沖擊及抗磨耗性均相當(dāng)良好。

3.熱浸鋅橋架在邊角區(qū),鋅層往往比其它地方還厚,且有良好的韌性及抗磨耗性。而其它涂層在此邊角處,往往是不易施工,易受傷害處,故常須再維護(hù)。

4.即使因受很大的機(jī)械傷害或其它原因。造成一小部份的鋅層脫落,將鐵基裸露,此時(shí),周?chē)\層就會(huì)發(fā)揮犧牲的功能,來(lái)保護(hù)此處鋼鐵,使其不受侵蝕。而其它涂層則剛好相反,銹會(huì)馬上生成,且迅速漫延涂層下面,引起涂層剝落。

5.熱浸鋅橋架的鋅層在大氣中的消耗是非常緩慢的,約為鋼鐵腐蝕速率的1/171/18,且是可預(yù)估的,其壽命遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)其它任何涂層。
The consumption of the zinc layer on hot-dip galvanized bridge frames in the atmosphere is very slow, about 1/17 to 1/18 of the corrosion rate of steel, and it is predictable, with a lifespan far exceeding that of any other coating.
6.熱浸鋅橋架壽命在某一特定的環(huán)境下,主要視鍍層厚度而定。而鍍層厚度又受鋼鐵厚度而決定,即越厚的鋼鐵易得較厚的鍍層,故同一個(gè)鋼構(gòu)中厚的鋼鐵部位一定也得到較厚的鍍層,以保證得到更長(zhǎng)的壽命。
6. The lifespan of hot-dip galvanized cable trays is mainly determined by the thickness of the coating in a specific environment. The thickness of the coating is determined by the thickness of the steel, that is, the thicker the steel, the easier it is to obtain a thicker coating. Therefore, thicker steel parts in the same steel structure must also receive a thicker coating to ensure a longer lifespan.
7.因美觀、藝術(shù),或在特定嚴(yán)重腐蝕環(huán)境使用時(shí),鍍鋅層可再施以上漆處理duplex system,只要漆的系統(tǒng)選用正確、施工容易,其防蝕效果比單獨(dú)上漆及熱浸鋅壽命加起來(lái)還要好上1.5~2.5倍。
7. Due to its aesthetic and artistic appearance, or when used in specific severely corrosive environments, the galvanized layer can be further coated with a duplex system. As long as the paint system is selected correctly and easy to apply, its anti-corrosion effect is 1.5-2.5 times better than the combined lifespan of individual painting and hot-dip galvanizing.
