  環境適應性是安裝方案制定的核心依據。需對安裝區域的氣候特征進行量化分析,包括年出色端溫度范圍、降雨強度、風壓等級及腐蝕性物質濃度。在沿海鹽霧區或化工園區,橋架材質應選用316L不銹鋼或熱浸鍍鋅層厚度≥80μm的碳鋼,并配套耐候性密封條。對于溫差超過50℃的地區,需采用具有雙向補償功能的伸縮節,單跨補償量不低于200mm。在凍土深度超0.8米的區域,支架基礎應埋設至非常大凍深線以下0.5米,防止不均勻沉降。
