支架固定方式需適配建筑結(jié)構(gòu)特性。在山東常見的混凝土樓板安裝時,膨脹螺栓應(yīng)選用 M10 以上規(guī)格,埋入深度不小于 80mm,且每米橋架少設(shè)置 2 個支架;鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房內(nèi)則需采用焊接固定,焊縫長度不小于支架寬度的 2/3,并做防腐處理。安裝間距需嚴(yán)格控制:直線段橋架支架間距≤1.5m,轉(zhuǎn)彎處前后 300mm 內(nèi)需各增設(shè)一個支架,防止因跨度過大導(dǎo)致中間下垂,造成電纜受力不均。
