電纜橋架鍍鋅及外觀要求

　　要求：

　　requirement:

　　①熱浸鍍鋅橋架鍍層表面應(yīng)均勻，無毛刺、過燒、掛灰、傷痕、局部未鍍鋅。每節(jié)橋架上直徑小于2mm的漏鍍點(diǎn)， 每米不超過2個(gè)，且在任一1m?面積內(nèi)不得有兩個(gè)及2個(gè)以上漏鍍點(diǎn)。不得有影響安裝的鋅瘤。

　　① The surface of the hot-dip galvanized bridge coating should be uniform, free of burrs, overburning, dust hanging, scars, and partial lack of galvanizing. There shall be no more than 2 plating leakage points on each bridge with a diameter less than 2mm per meter, and there shall be no two or more plating leakage points within any 1m ? area. There must be no zinc nodules that affect installation.

　　②電鍍鋅的鋅層表面應(yīng)光滑均勻，致密。不得有起皮、氣 泡、花斑、局部未鍍、劃傷等缺陷。

　　② The surface of the zinc layer of electroplated zinc should be smooth, uniform, and dense. There shall be no defects such as peeling, bubbles, flower spots, partial uncoated areas, scratches, etc.

　　③噴塑層的表面應(yīng)平整、光滑、均勻、不起皮、無起皺、 氣泡等缺陷。

　　③ The surface of the spray coating should be flat, smooth, uniform, without peeling, wrinkling, bubbles or other defects.

　　④螺紋的鍍層應(yīng)光滑，螺栓連接件應(yīng)能擰入。

　　④ The coating of the thread should be smooth, and the bolt connection should be able to be screwed in.

　　⑤橋架焊縫表面均勻，不得有漏焊、裂紋、夾渣、燒穿、 弧坑等缺陷。

　　⑤ The surface of the bridge welding seam should be uniform and free of defects such as missed welding, cracks, slag inclusion, burn through, arc craters, etc.

　　⑥橋架外型尺寸應(yīng)符合圖紙及工藝要求，表面應(yīng)無變形、 劃傷、開裂現(xiàn)象。

　　⑥ The external dimensions of the bridge should comply with the drawings and process requirements, and the surface should be free of deformation, scratches, and cracking.

　　⑦橋架兩對邊應(yīng)平行，兩側(cè)邊對底邊應(yīng)垂直，斷面形狀端 正，無彎曲、裂紋、邊緣毛刺等缺陷。

　　⑦ The two sides of the bridge should be parallel, and the two sides should be perpendicular to the bottom edge. The cross-sectional shape should be straight and free of defects such as bending, cracks, and edge burrs.

　　⑧橋架內(nèi)側(cè)應(yīng)平整光滑，無損傷電纜絕緣的凸起尖角。

　　⑧ The inner side of the cable tray should be flat and smooth, without any protrusions or sharp corners that damage the cable insulation.

　　⑨橋架端頭毛刺高度不應(yīng)大于0.1mm。⑩橋架直線段每米偏差應(yīng)不大于1mm，垂直度（底邊對側(cè) 邊）允許偏差1/200。

　　⑨ The height of burrs at the end of the bridge should not exceed 0.1mm. The deviation per meter of the straight section of the bridge should not exceed 1mm, and the allowable deviation for verticality (bottom edge to side edge) is 1/200.
