浸鋅是一種保護(hù)性鋼結(jié)構(gòu)涂鍍工藝,是橋架生產(chǎn)常見的防腐方式。熱浸鋅工藝的電纜橋架可以適合各種酸堿鹽霧等腐蝕環(huán)境、熱浸鋅電纜橋架用鋅占全球鋅產(chǎn)量的40%,作為產(chǎn)鋅大國,也是我國開發(fā)的高附加值短線產(chǎn)品。
Zinc immersion is a protective coating process for steel structures and a common anti-corrosion method in bridge production. The cable tray produced by hot-dip galvanizing process can be suitable for various corrosive environments such as acid, alkali, salt spray, etc. Zinc used in hot-dip galvanizing cable trays accounts for 40% of global zinc production. 一、熱浸鋅橋架的藝流程:

表面處理:對橋架進(jìn)行表面處理,表面的油污、銹蝕等雜質(zhì),確保鍍鋅層能夠牢固附著在金屬表面上。
Surface treatment: Surface treatment is carried out on the bridge frame to remove impurities such as oil stains and rust on the surface, ensuring that the galvanized layer can firmly adhere to the metal surface.
2.預(yù)處理:對橋架進(jìn)行酸洗、水洗等處理,以去除表面的氧化物和其他雜質(zhì),為之后的鍍鋅工藝做好準(zhǔn)備。
2. Pre treatment: Acid washing, water washing and other treatments are carried out on the bridge frame to remove surface oxides and other impurities, preparing for the subsequent galvanizing process.
3.鍍鋅槽:準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)鋼制槽,其中注入熔化的鋅金屬。這個(gè)鍍鋅槽需要加熱到鋅的熔點(diǎn),通常為約450℃。

5.恒溫保持:將橋架部件在鋅槽中恒溫保持一段時(shí)間,以確保鋅金屬能夠均勻地附著在表面上。

6.抽出鍍鋅:將已經(jīng)完成鍍鋅的橋架部件逐個(gè)抽出鋅槽,讓多余的鋅金屬流下來,形成均勻的鍍鋅層。

7.冷卻:將已經(jīng)浸出的橋架部件放置在通風(fēng)良好的地方,進(jìn)行自然冷卻,在冷卻過程中,鋅金屬會(huì)逐漸固化,形成堅(jiān)硬的鋅層。
