山東電纜橋架的渦流問題解析

  一、渦流產(chǎn)生的原理

  1、 The principle of eddy current generation梯級(jí)式橋架-001

  渦流是由于導(dǎo)體在變化的磁場(chǎng)中,或者導(dǎo)體相對(duì)于磁場(chǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),導(dǎo)體內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生感應(yīng)電流的現(xiàn)象。這些感應(yīng)電流在導(dǎo)體內(nèi)自行閉合成旋渦狀,因此被稱為渦流。在電纜橋架中,當(dāng)敷設(shè)的單芯電纜通以交流電時(shí),會(huì)在電纜周圍產(chǎn)生交變磁場(chǎng)。如果電纜橋架由導(dǎo)電材料制成或包含導(dǎo)電部分,并且置于這個(gè)交變磁場(chǎng)中,就會(huì)在電纜橋架導(dǎo)體內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生渦流。

  Eddy current is the phenomenon of induced current inside a conductor when it is in a changing magnetic field or when it moves relative to the magnetic field. These induced currents self close into vortices within the conductor, hence they are called eddy currents. In cable trays, when a single core cable is laid with alternating current, an alternating magnetic field is generated around the cable. If the cable tray is made of conductive materials or contains conductive parts, and is placed in this alternating magnetic field, eddy currents will be generated inside the conductors of the cable tray.

  二、渦流的危害

  渦流在導(dǎo)體內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生熱量,導(dǎo)致電纜橋架和附近構(gòu)件的溫度升高。這不僅會(huì)造成能源浪費(fèi),還可能引發(fā)火災(zāi)等隱患。此外,渦流還會(huì)使磁場(chǎng)減弱,導(dǎo)致電氣設(shè)備效率降低,容量不能充分利用。

  Eddy currents generate heat inside conductors, causing an increase in temperature of cable trays and nearby components. This not only causes energy waste, but may also pose safety hazards such as fires. In addition, eddy currents can weaken the magnetic field, leading to a decrease in the efficiency of electrical equipment and an inability to fully utilize its capacity.

  三、避免渦流的措施

  3、 Measures to avoid eddy currents

  為了避免電纜橋架產(chǎn)生渦流,可以采取以下措施:
