1、確定方向：根據(jù)建筑布局，結(jié)合空調(diào)管線和電氣管線設(shè)置，維修方便，以及電纜密度路由，確定較好的電纜橋架的較佳路由。室內(nèi)，盡量沿建筑物的墻、柱、梁、樓板。采用公用隧道架設(shè)時，應(yīng)在管道一側(cè)或上方平行架設(shè)，并考慮引下線和支線盡量避免交叉。如果沒有其他管道支架可以借用，則需要設(shè)置(支)柱。

1. Determine direction: Based on the building layout, combined with the setting of air conditioning and electrical pipelines, easy maintenance, and cable density routing, determine the optimal route for the cable tray. Indoors, try to follow the walls, columns, beams, and floors of the building as much as possible. When using public tunnels for installation, they should be installed parallel to or above the pipeline, and consideration should be given to avoiding the intersection of down conductors and branch lines as much as possible. If there are no other pipe supports available for borrowing, (support) columns need to be set up.

3. Determine the width of the cable tray: Determine the model and specifications of the cable tray, the length of the bracket, the length and spacing of the support rod, and the width and number of layers based on the number of cables, cable diameter, and cable spacing.

4、確定安裝方式：根據(jù)現(xiàn)場的設(shè)置條件，選擇懸掛式、立式、側(cè)墻式或混合式。連接器和緊固件通常以匹配的方式提供。此外，根據(jù)橋架結(jié)構(gòu)選擇和折疊相應(yīng)的蓋板。

4. Determine installation method: Choose suspended, vertical, side wall, or hybrid based on the on-site setup conditions. Connectors and fasteners are usually provided in a matching manner. In addition, select and fold the corresponding cover plate according to the bridge structure.

5、繪制電纜橋平面圖和剖面圖，并繪制空間圖和列出局部零件的材料清單。

電纜橋框架由薄鋼板沖壓而成。它的承載力有一定的出色。電纜橋框架的承載能力是與橋梁規(guī)格和支撐距離相關(guān)的量。對應(yīng)相同的支撐距離和彎曲變形，邊高大的橋梁承載力大，高小的橋梁承載力小。此外，當(dāng)承載能力相同時，對于相同規(guī)格的電纜橋框架，支撐距離小的彎曲變形小于支撐距離大的彎曲變形。一般情況下，電纜橋機架每隔1.5 ~ 2.0m配備一套支撐架。

Generally, cable bridge frames are equipped with a set of support frames every 1.5~2.0m.
