通電前必須對母線槽系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行相位和連接性試驗(yàn)。檢查接地電阻和絕緣電阻，絕緣必須用1000V或500V兆歐表測其冷態(tài)絕緣電阻，每段不低于20M；

Phase and connectivity tests must be carried out on the bus duct system before energization. Check the grounding resistance and insulation resistance. The insulation must be measured with a 1000V or 500V megger in cold state, and each section is not less than 20m;

安裝完畢后，應(yīng)核對相位，確保無誤，在TN-S系統(tǒng)中，PE線與N線嚴(yán)禁接錯(cuò)。母線槽受電時(shí)，不帶有負(fù)載的所有母線饋電裝置均應(yīng)處于分?jǐn)酄顟B(tài)，受電后，必須測量每只分線箱，確保輸入電壓正常穩(wěn)定，不缺相。

After installation, the phase shall be checked to ensure that there is no error. In TN-S system, PE line and N line shall not be connected incorrectly. When the bus duct is powered on, all bus feeder devices without load should be in the breaking state. 1、必須切斷母線槽電源，才能進(jìn)行維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作；

2、使用三個(gè)月后須停電檢查連接螺栓緊固情況，每年進(jìn)行檢查；

3、出現(xiàn)異常情況請立即斷電檢查，確定情況后再作處理；

4、裝卸工具建議使用叉車較為方便；

、母線槽儲存：

3、母線槽堆放應(yīng)在等高的木塊隔開，多不超過5層；
