鍍鋅電纜橋架是用電解設(shè)備對電纜橋架進(jìn)行脫脂、酸洗，然后放入含有鋅鹽的溶液中，接在電解設(shè)備的陰極上，在電纜橋架的反面放置一塊鋅板，接在電解設(shè)備的陽極上并接通電源，利用電流從陽極向陰極的定向運動，在電纜橋架上沉積一層鋅。鍍鋅電纜橋架先加工后鍍鋅，起到防腐作用。
