一、電纜橋架型式及品種的選擇
1、 Selection of type and variety of cable tray
1、需屏蔽電器干擾的電纜網(wǎng)路或有防護(hù)外部(如:有腐蝕液體,易燃粉塵等環(huán)境)影響的要求時(shí),應(yīng)選用(FB)類(lèi)槽式復(fù)合型防腐屏蔽電纜橋架(帶蓋)。
1. When the cable network needs to be shielded from the interference of electrical appliances or has the requirement to protect the external environment (such as corrosive liquid, flammable dust, etc.), the (FB) groove type composite anti-corrosion shielded cable tray (with cover) shall be selected.
2、強(qiáng)腐蝕性環(huán)境應(yīng)采用(F)類(lèi)復(fù)合環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂防腐阻燃型電纜橋架。托臂、支架也要選用同樣材料,提高橋架及附件的使用壽命,電纜橋架。在容易積灰和其它需遮蓋的環(huán)境或戶(hù)外場(chǎng)所宜加蓋板。
2. Class (f) composite epoxy resin anti-corrosion and flame retardant cable tray shall be used in strong corrosive environment. The same material should be used for bracket and bracket to improve the service life of cable tray and accessories. Cover plate should be added in the environment or outdoor place where dust is easy to accumulate and other places need to be covered.
3、除上述情況外,可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)還環(huán)境及技術(shù)要求選用托盤(pán)式、槽式、梯級(jí)式、玻璃防腐阻燃電纜橋架或鋼質(zhì)普通型橋架。在容易積灰和其它需遮蓋的環(huán)境或戶(hù)外場(chǎng)所宜加蓋板。
3. In addition to the above situations, tray type, trough type, step type, glass anti-corrosion and flame retardant cable tray or steel common type cable tray can be selected according to the site environment and technical requirements. Cover plate should be added in the environment or outdoor place where dust is easy to accumulate and other places need to be covered.
4、在公共通道或戶(hù)外跨越道路段,底層梯級(jí)的底部宜加墊板或在該段使用托盤(pán) 。大跨距跨越公共通道時(shí),可根據(jù)用戶(hù)要求提高橋架的載荷能力或選用行架。
4. In the section of public passage or outdoor crossing road, the bottom of the bottom step should be added with backing plate or pallet should be used in this section. When crossing the public passage with large span, the load capacity of the bridge can be improved or the walking frame can be selected according to the user's requirements.
5、大跨距(>3m)要選用復(fù)合型橋架(FB)。

二、規(guī)格選擇

1、橋架的寬度和高度就按下表選擇,并應(yīng)符合電纜填充率不超過(guò)有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的規(guī)定值,動(dòng)力電纜可取40-50%,控制電纜可取50-70%,另外需預(yù)留10-25%的式程發(fā)展余量。
1. The width and height of the bridge should be selected according to the following table, and the cable filling rate should not exceed the specified value of relevant standards and specifications. The power cable can take 40-50%, the control cable can take 50-70%, and the type development allowance of 10-25% should be reserved.
2、各種彎通及附件規(guī)格應(yīng)符合工程布置條件并與橋架相配套。

3、支、吊架規(guī)格的選擇,應(yīng)按橋架規(guī)格、層數(shù)、跨距等條件配置。并應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足荷載的要求。
3. The specifications of supports and hangers shall be selected according to the specifications, layers and spans of the bridge. And it should meet the load requirements.

三、支、吊架的配置
3、 Configuration of supports and hangers
1、戶(hù)內(nèi)支、吊短跨距一般采取1.5-3m。戶(hù)外立柱中跨距一般采取6m。
1. The short span of indoor support and hoisting is generally 1.5-3m. The middle span of outdoor column is generally 6m.
2、非直線(xiàn)段的支、吊架配置就遵循以下原則。當(dāng)橋架寬度<300mm時(shí),應(yīng)在距非直線(xiàn)段與直線(xiàn)結(jié)合處300-600m的直線(xiàn)段側(cè)設(shè)置一個(gè)支、吊架。當(dāng)橋架寬度>300mm時(shí),除符合下述條件外,在非直線(xiàn)段中部還應(yīng)增設(shè)一個(gè)支、吊架。
2. The support and hanger configuration of non-linear section follows the following principles. When the bridge width is less than 300 mm, a support and hanger shall be set at the side of the straight section 300-600 m away from the joint of the non-linear section and the straight section. When the bridge width is more than 300 mm, in addition to the following conditions, a support and hanger shall be added in the middle of the non-linear section.
3、橋架多層設(shè)置時(shí)層間中心距為200,250,300,350mm。

4、橋架直線(xiàn)段每隔50m應(yīng)予留伸縮縫20-30mm(金屬橋架)。

四、防火
4、 Fire prevention
要求橋架防火的區(qū)段,必須采用鋼制或不燃、阻燃材料。我公司生產(chǎn)的BJⅢ系列電纜橋架均為防火橋架。
Steel or non combustible and flame retardant materials must be used in the section where the bridge is required to be fireproof. BJ Ⅲ series cable trays produced by our company are all fireproof ones.
五、接地
5、 Grounding
1、橋架系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具有可靠的電氣連接并接地(只對(duì)金屬橋架)。
1. The bridge system shall have reliable electrical connection and grounding (only for metal bridge).
2、當(dāng)允許利用橋架系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成接地干線(xiàn)回路時(shí)應(yīng)符合下列要求。橋架端部之間連接電阻應(yīng)不大于0.00033歐姆,接地孔應(yīng)絕緣涂層。在1KV及以下中性點(diǎn)直接接地系統(tǒng)中,受電設(shè)備的接地與系統(tǒng)中性線(xiàn)接地相連。裝有處動(dòng)切斷供電裝軒時(shí),橋架的級(jí)長(zhǎng)方向金屬橫截面積應(yīng)不小于規(guī)定值。
2. When the bridge system is allowed to form the grounding trunk circuit, the following requirements shall be met. The connection resistance between bridge ends shall not be greater than 0.00033 ohm, and the insulation coating shall be removed from the grounding hole. In the 1kV and below neutral point direct grounding system, the grounding of the receiving equipment is connected with the neutral line of the system. When installing the dynamic cut-off power supply installation, the metal cross-sectional area in the direction of the bridge length shall not be less than the specified value.
3、沿橋架全長(zhǎng)另敷設(shè)接地干線(xiàn)時(shí),每段(包括非直線(xiàn)段)橋架應(yīng)少有一點(diǎn)與接地干線(xiàn)可靠連接。
3. When another grounding main line is laid along the whole length of the bridge, at least one point of each section (including non-linear section) of the bridge shall be reliably connected with the grounding main line.
4、對(duì)于振動(dòng)場(chǎng)所,在接地部位的連接處應(yīng)裝置彈簧圈。
4. For vibration place, spring coil should be installed at the connection of grounding part.
六、橋架系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容

橋架系統(tǒng)工程設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)與土建、工藝以及有關(guān)密切相配合以確定布置,其設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容可含有:

4、有特殊要求的非標(biāo)件技術(shù)說(shuō)明或示意圖。
4. Technical description or schematic diagram of non-standard parts with special requirements.
七、安裝
7、 Installation
電纜橋架的安裝請(qǐng)參照建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)研究院所發(fā)行的JSJT-121通用建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)-電氣裝置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖集《電纜橋架安裝》04D701-3。

八、設(shè)計(jì)要求
8、 Design requirements
1、橋架系統(tǒng)的路徑平面布置圖;

2、橋架系統(tǒng)的有關(guān)斷面圖。
2. Relevant section of bridge system.
3、橋架系統(tǒng)所用防腐材質(zhì)及所需直通、彎通、支(吊)架等的規(guī)格和數(shù)量明細(xì)表以及必要的說(shuō)明,連接板及螺絲、防護(hù)帽按以上要求由生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家配齊。
3. The specification and quantity list of anti-corrosion materials, straight through, bent through, support (hanger) frame, etc. used in the bridge system, as well as necessary instructions, and the connecting plate, screw and protective cap shall be provided by the manufacturer according to the above requirements.
4、有特殊要求的非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)說(shuō)明或示圖。
